Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Orienta, a trading name of Northreach Education Ltd, is committed to making our website and online guidance services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We want everyone to be able to explore their study options, understand the information we provide and contact us for support.
Our approach
Our aim is to improve accessibility in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Our priorities include clear language, readable text, suitable colour contrast, meaningful links, descriptions for informative images and forms that are easy to understand and navigate.
We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit of this website. We therefore cannot currently confirm full compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Forms, bookings and external content
Our website uses Wix and includes forms provided by Tally. Appointment bookings open on a separate Zoho Bookings page. We also link to documents and websites provided by other organisations.
The accessibility of these services and documents may vary. We have not verified every feature with assistive technologies.
If a form, booking page or document creates a barrier for you, please contact us. We will work with you to find another way to provide the information or help you access our services.
Getting help
You can ask us for:

Help understanding information about our services.
-
Assistance with an application form or booking a meeting.

Please tell us what would help you. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or detailed medical history to report an accessibility problem or request initial assistance.
We will discuss your request with you and explain what we can arrange.
